Making an Artist Book combines craft with art and is an art form started in France in the early 1900s.  We will look at some examples, then make a flower fold, and an accordion hard- cover book.

Participants are invited to bring a scalpel or scissors, cutting mat, bone folder, metal ruler, glue stick. It is hoped that if time allows we will be able to fill our accordion book with images on the theme of ‘Family and Friends’ or ‘ Nature’ so please bring suitable photographs.

The tutor will provide paper, ink pads and stamps, coloured pencils and collage material on the theme of Nature. If you do not have any of the equipment there will be some to borrow and share. There will be an additional charge of £2 to cover the cost of materials.
