Dr Paul Redford is a psychologist, educator and a consultant. He is also a Principal Practitioner Business Psychologist, a Senior Fellow of Advance HE and a Chartered Psychologist of the British Psychological Society. Paul is currently an Associate Professor at the University of the West of England, Bristol where he co-leads the MSc in Occupational Psychology. Paul has taught in universities for over 20 years, covering a range of topics including personality, engagement, motivation, positive psychology and research methods. Paul’s research interests focus on the enablers of positive psychological experiences, including creativity, growth, confidence, optimism and well-being. He is particularly interested in the factors that enable individuals to flourish, and help teams and organisations foster cultures that promote personal and professional growth.
