Louise Johnston-Harris
I graduated from the University of Bristol with a degree in Classics and then did a post-graduate teaching certificate.
I taught in Surrey for five years before going abroad with my husband. We spent 15 idyllic years in Malawi, travelling extensively in southern Africa and having a generally wonderful time.
We then spent some time in Kuwait before finally settling in Andalucia.
I returned to the UK in 2003 to study for a Master’s degree, on completion of which I decided not to return to classroom teaching, but to become a private tutor.
I specialise in Latin and English and also run a tutoring agency.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, pottering about in my garden, trips to art galleries and the theatre and attending CASA courses – surely these must be some of the happiest, most sociable and thoroughly good events ever?.
