Can anyone join these courses?

Yes, provided there is space. They are open to any adult who has an interest in the subject.

How do I book?

Contact CASA by email (casa2012clevedon@gmail.com) to enquire about any course.

You will be informed if there is a space available.

You will be asked to pay your fee, which will then secure your place.

We cannot confirm that you have a place until payment is received.

If we do not receive payment within 3 days of booking, you may lose your reserved place on the course.

How do I pay?

You will be given a booking reference to use with your payment.

We would prefer payment by bank transfer and will advise you of the account details.

If that is not possible, we can accept payments by cheque.

Please write your name/s and the title of the course you are paying for and the booking reference on the back of the cheque, and send it or deliver it to the Treasurer via any of the addresses at the bottom of the email we send you.

We will confirm when your payment has been received that your place is secure.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you no longer wish to proceed to pay for and secure your booking, so that we can re-offer your place.

Let us know as soon as you can if you are no longer able to attend your booked course.

Fees are generally non-refundable, as would be the case with a theatre ticket for example.

If you cancel before a course starts, your fee may be considered for a refund, if there is a waiting list and we are able to re-allocate your place.

You are welcome to find somebody to take your place yourself, in which case, please let us know the name of the substitute.

Can I join your mailing list?

Of course – just email us to ask to be added. If you join one of our courses we will ask you to confirm your consent for us to hold your data and to continue to mail you with information about future courses and activities. Our Data Protection Policy can be found here.
