Edvard Munch is known throughout the world for his iconic picture ‘The Scream’, but this great artist produced art of the highest quality for some sixty years. He depicted all stages of life in a colourful, varied and expressive way, and was influential on generations of future artists. I will show in excess of eighty pictures (plus film clips) of life, death, joy and despair. This day-school coincides with an exhibition of 18 Munch masterpieces at The Courtauld in London.
