This course is now fully booked.  Please contact us if you would like to be placed on the waiting list in case of any cancellations.

The German Expressionists brought dazzling colours to the art world in the years surrounding the First World War.

Ahead of a major 2024 exhibition at Tate Modern, we look at the art of ‘The Blue Rider’ featuring Kandinsky, Franz Marc and Gabrielle Münter. We will examine the other Expressionist group ‘The Bridge’ as well as photographs by Münter,  and discover the fate of the art after the Nazis took power. A day of vibrant art, colour and history.
